Executive coaching is offered in virtual and hybrid environments in 6-month, 12-month, and open-ended engagements. Formats include:
- 1:1 Executive Coaching (with one individual)
- Group Coaching (with several people, typically from the same organization, but who do not necessarily know each other or work together)
- Team Coaching (with several people from the same team, typically with some shared goals)
